SOX TAKE THE ROCKS - GAME 3

My friend Shauri Quinn and her brother Travis flew in for the weekend early this morning. They came with high hopes of scoring some World Series tickets so they could be there to watch the Red Sox sweep the Rockies in Game 4 (and the way the Rockies have played the first 2 games, it is a real possibility they will). We spent some quality time in the "War Room" this morning (Scot's home office), trying to find them some good seats at Coors Field. Travis was workin' the phones while Shauri searched online. It was intense (well, not really - but it could've been). I'm sure when the Ice Capades come to Utah, their ticket war room will be no different...something tells me Travis has always dreamed of becoming one of them, and he is graceful.

This afternoon, I tagged along with Shauri and Travis to visit Ian Gold, Shauri's friends who plays for the Denver Bronco's. I ordinarily wouldn't note this trip, but his wine cellar does deserve honorable mention. When we arrived at Ian's house, Shauri asked for the grand tour. Everything was pretty normal for a huge house until we reached the wine cellar. Ian doesn't drink, but he didn't feel like he could leave his wine cellar empty, so he filled it full of Martinelli's Sparkling Cider. There were hundreds of bottles in the racks & a dozen or so more boxes stacked. I noted that a few of them were leaking, and that's when Ian expressed his dissatisfaction with the Martinelli's folk who didn't openly disclose that this could happen after a year or so. ( : Hilarious. You know what that means? If Martinelli's ever wants their product to proudly be displayed in another wine cellar, it's time they invest in a better seal.

Shauri and Travis ended up getting good seats for Game 4 & opted to watch Game 3 at home with us. As you can see, Shauri was out of her mind crazy rooting for the Red Sox. She's got to be their biggest fan. (Don't let Shauri fool - she LOVES this picture).

Ethan was like the energizer bunny today, but towards the end of the game, Shauri's enthusiasm started to spread. It turned out to be QUITE a party.

When your team is so dominant its ok to doze off once in a while. I woke up for the key moments. Thanks for sharing such a flattering picture. I think it's my best. Well, it would be if you got in really close and captured the drool.
I forgot to figure out how to capture the live tv footage---PLEASE, PLEASE--can you help me do this???
