HAPPY 31st BIRTHDAY ANGELA!I just wanted to give a shout out to my little sister Angela on her birthday. Here are a few things I love about Ang:
A great mom to her 2 adorable little girls, McKinley & Sage (pictured at the bottom of this post). *She's due with her 3rd on Dec. 13th - a little boy. Yeah!
Negotiator. This girl can really work a deal.
Great baker. (the best cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, homemade noodles...the list goes on)
Energetic & Enthusiastic. She's just like my mom - she always has energy/enthusiasm to go go go, unless she's sitting down to watch a movie...then about half way through it's lights out. ( :
Lovable. She's sweet & cute & little, even when she's prego. (not fair...) She's always willing to help people & is kind to everyone (she's been that way since she was little - she always made sure everyone had a friend).
A great sister & friend...and an amazing example.

In honor of Angela's birthday (well, not really, but...), Ethan and I went to the park this afternoon & took Dylan with us. I drove this time - even though it's only a block or so away, because they are doing a lot of construction etc. on the street that enters our community & they've torn up big chunks of the sidewalks we needed access to. If it was just me and a stroller - no problem, but taking Dylan adds an extra stresser with all that machinery, one very narrow lane for outgoing cars & lots of workers etc. & I wanted to avoid that potential nightmare. We timed it perfectly & had the entire park to ourselves for quite some time. As we were pulling up to the house, I was thinking back on how perfect our outing had been & then I heard Dylan vomit. Let me just say, that brought me down real quick. I got everything cleaned up & the carpets scrubbed, so now I'm back in my happy place. I think it will be a while before I put Dylan back in my car. ) :

You are an amazing mom! You do so many fun things for Ethan and making wonderful memories for him. You have inspired me....when the time comes.

Are you trying to out do me? Well which sister is going home this weekend to make a personal visit? You think about that for a while before you try to pull any stunts like this again. ;) Good job. I fold. Hey...wait a minute...Where was my birthday page? :(
