Tonight we ventured out to the place advertised as "Castle Rock's only Pumpkin Patch", which turned out to be more of a tree nursery with a collection of pumpkins. Their ads won't trick us next year...We tried to make the best of it and picked a couple of pumpkins that we'll carve as a family on Monday night & then Dad took Ethan on a little wagon ride through the trees. He seemed to enjoy himself, so I guess it all worked out. I'll give the nursery some credit, they did a good job with what they had, so if they want to call themselves a pumpkin patch, by gollie we'll let them (this year).
