FINAL GAME OF THE WORLD SERIES

Shauri and Travis headed off to Game 4 of the World Series, and for the price they paid for tickets - we're glad the game was well worth it. The Rockies put forth a valiant effort but in the end they weren't able to pull out a win. They had a good run there for a while, so hopefully it will translate into another good season for them next year...maybe it's just the first of many World Series showings. ( : Colorado fans will hope for that anyway.

Ethan, Grandpa Steve, Scot and I watched the final game together, hoping that the Rockies might be able to pull off at least one win. Ethan was in such a happy mood, I didn't realize it had gotten so late...he stayed up until the top of the 9th inning, which was nearly 10:00 pm. WOAH. In keeping with my usual practices, I got out the camera to snap a few shots of our party animal, and he thought it was so fun he actually started posing and then would run over to see the picture on the digital screen. Clearly he's gotten used to having a paparazzi style mom. ( : What can I say, his life will be well documented, and they're only young once. Welcome to the digital world!

(Just for the sake of history...Ethan cheered the Rockies on during this world series, but thanks to his dad, he's been a mini-fan of the Red Sox since he was born - here's a glimpse back. What a cutie, huh?)

That is an adorable picture of you and your little guy! We were cheering for the Rockies, even though we are Giants fans. We decided the Rockies are our second favorite team.
