WATER WORKS

I was moving at a quicker pace this morning because I had a lot of time sensitive obligations - walking with my friend Liz, then a meeting with the YW Presidency (during Ethan's nap time no less...quite a sacrifice if I do say so myself) etc. We were right on schedule: both of us were dressed, Ethan had been fed & I was in the process of cleaning his face and hands when "the incident" occurred. He grabbed the removable faucet & before I could register what was happening, he had flipped it up and down at least 2 or 3 times (extremely happy with himself I might add). At first, I had a rush of frustration which passed as quickly as it came...how could I help but laugh? After swabbing the deck & cabinets, I decided that Ethan and I would survive the walk in our soggy state, which ended up working out. A rainstorm came through half way through our walk & I was completely drenched from head to toe when we got home. Thankfully, I keep our jogger's rain cover at the ready for unexpected surprises such as this -so Ethan stayed perfectly dry. Go figure.
As for the photo, I couldn't document much of the mess Ethan made -as it turns out, water is in fact clear. I guess you'll just have to trust me on this one.
