Ethan slept in until 8:45 a.m., which is miracle enough for me! (I won't dwell on the fact that it wasn't uninterrupted sleep, since he did wake up for about 15-20 minutes at around 5 or 5:30, but I'll take it!) I literally had to check the clock a couple times to make sure I wasn't dreaming those numbers. Yup, the clock(s) still said 8:45. After a short celebratory dance, I went in to make sure that Ethan was okay, and there he was, just chilling in his crib.I think my chances of sleeping in again anytime in the near future are about as likely as...well - let's just say the odds aren't in my favor. Here's to wishing your Saturday morning was as miraculous as mine.
Tonight Ethan spent some quality time watching sports & playing cars with Scot (Ethan makes the sound effects and everything). Nothing could distract him, not even his shorts falling down around his ankles...he just stepped right out of them and kept on playing.
