BLESSING

Brynn has had a couple random, rather scary sounding breathing bouts here and there over the past few days. She had another one tonight, which made me nervous because Scot is going out of town tomorrow, and I don't want to be alone if something is wrong. I asked Scot if he and JD would be able to give her a blessing (since JD has been here watching a game). We told Ethan that we needed to be quiet because we were going to give Brynn a blessing, and he walked over to where I was sitting with Brynn on my lap, put both his hands on her head and closed his eyes and whispered "I'm going to give Brynnie a blessing." The rest of us just sat there and looked at each other like WOAH. He's seen a few blessings given, but never seemed to be paying too much attention (or was taken out of the room so that it could be quiet), but it was a pretty amazing moment for all of us. These are incredible little spirits that have been sent to our home, and we feel truly blessed.
