Scot and I went out Saturday to celebrate our 3rd anniversary a few days early & left Ethan with Grandma and Grandpa. It was the first time that we both left him, and from what we hear he didn't miss us a bit until bedtime. It was so nice to be able to go on a date & not have to worry about Ethan, but we really did miss our little guy. **Special thanks to Mom & Dad Woolley for being willing to watch him for us!**
Scot took me to Fleming's for a very nice dinner & then we were off to the Ave's game (hockey, for those of you who don't know). We had a great time & the Ave's won, which made for a really great night. We made it through 2 of the 3 periods and then were so tired we decided to hit the road...the game didn't end until after 11pm & we wanted to beat the traffic. Ethan was sound asleep when we came home, and for the first time he had rolled in his sleep from his back to his stomach. Needless to say, Scot and I were paranoid about letting him sleep like that (even though he's plenty strong to move himself), so after taking this picture, I turned him back over. It didn't last, but at least I tried.
The second Open House day was more successful than the first, but still no offer. It's only been a week, so I can't complain...it's not exactly busy season for the real estate market. Thousands of military (25 to be exact) will be relocating to Colorado Springs at the first of the year, but we'll keep our fingers crossed that we'll have some success before then. Scot's done the commute for over 3 years now, so a few more months won't hurt (much).
