"Ethan, I'm not Jacob, remember? My name is Sam. The way you can remember is that I'm the bigger one with the grey shirt."
The next day really must've been confusing for Ethan cause I'm certain that Sam wasn't the one wearing grey. ( :
We had the pleasure of getting in another visit with Ethan's Great Grampy, Tyler Woolley, this past Saturday. He turned 90 last week & has been in declining health for the last few months, and unfortunately, we're not sure how much longer he'll be with us. Lucky for us, this time he looked healthy enough that we had the chance to get some priceless photos. This is just one of many that I captured. All of Scot's siblings were here - Tiffany (Sam & Jacob), Cara (and her 3 week old baby, Andrew) & Rob, who flew over from Switzerland for about 30 some odd hours on American soil. We are so grateful to have had a little the time to spend with Grampy.
Tiff, Jared, Sam & Jake were nice enough to let Ethan and me tag along with them to the Wildlife Experience museum on Tuesday. Surprisingly, Ethan sat through an entire IMAX movie about Australia - and loved every minute of it. It was the first time as a toddler that he's sat through a movie in a theatre & I was overjoyed to say the least.
Today Tiff, Grandma Judie & I took the boys to Sir Bouncealots to expend
some energy...it turned out to be the perfect spot. When we arrived, there were hardly any kids there & the boys were able to run wild. Ethan followed Sam and Jacob into this relay bounce zone & Sam helped to teach Ethan how to climb up the rather steep ladder so that he could experience
going down the long slide too. It was adorable (the picture is a little blurry because it was taken through a plastic netting). Ethan was addicted & soon was climbing the ladder all by himself. Another milestone - and yet another skill to worry about him utilizing somewhere else at a later time. ( :
Thanks for a great visit! We look forward to having you all come back soon.
