A BRIGHT SUNSHINEY DAY

...for me to enjoy a (now bi-weekly) trip to visit the Dr., a visit from a plumber to fix a leak I found under our kitchen sink yesterday AND Ethan styling his hair with the remaining juice from a berry Juicy Juice box as I prepared dinner. I was longing to spend this beautiful day with Ethan at the park, but today just wasn't our day.

Even with all that "fun" stuff, we managed to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather from our very own backyard. We ran around, ate lunch at the patio table (well, at least until a few small flying bugs found a landing spot on Ethan's PB & honey sandwich, which proved to be more than he could tolerate), and then once Scot got home, we played golf & finished cleaning up the remaining Dylan land mines that were hidden under the melting snow. Our fence was completed yesterday (apparently the fencing company had to work on Sunday to catch up on their jobs after losing a day or two to a snow storm last week). Now we have a dog run especially for Dylan so that all land mines can be kept in one location. I'm lovin it. The beautiful weather should last through tomorrow before we get another snow storm, so Ethan and I will have a chance to hit the park after all. Ahhhh yes, Colorado in April. Today 75, tomorrow to be in the high 70's/low 80's and then Wed/Thurs, back to a chilly rain/snow mix before warming right back up again. No doubt that even with the snow, there will still be sun. It's one of the best things about living here. ( :

The weather is enticing me all the more to move there... I still want to:) The nerve of those bugs getting on Ethan's sandwich, I don't blame him for being upset.

I even got Aaron to read up on your blog (a rare occurance) so you must be his favorite :-) Congrats on the new baby. Ethan is adorable, I'm sure he'll love being a big brother. LL, Kelli Atwood
