I had a Dr.'s appointment today, and the kids had to go with me. I promised them that if they were good, I would take them to the Wildlife Experience museum afterwards so we could explore the new exhibit about critter cams.
They both agreed & were great at my appointment. They even got to hear the baby's heartbeat, which they loved. The new exhibit at the museum is all about how they place cameras on all kinds of wild animals so that they can record them in their own element and learn more about their habits, patterns, communication etc.
It was rather interesting, and the kids seemed to enjoy watching all the movies... they have movies about sharks, turtles, wild cats, lions, whales and the list goes on and on. I'd have to say they both loved climbing around on the leatherback sea turtle probably the most -
well, that and the coloring table where Brynn did more coloring of her body with the markers than the pictures. Sigh. That's just how it goes these days.
