STANDING OVATION

Brynn has been extending the length of time that she can stand on her own. She has amazing balance, and even can withstand brushes from Ethan and stay standing...amazing. I have a feeling within a short time she'll be walking.

She gets cuter and cuter everyday. She loves eating peas, mac and cheese, bread of any kind, breakfast foods, strawberries, and pretty much anything that I attempt to put into my mouth. She hasn't developed her love for bananas, and it's not for my lack of trying to get her to eat them...maybe if she saw me eating them she'd like them more (it's not going to happen though). She adores her brother, and lights up everytime she sees him. She often follows the smile with crying however, as Ethan loves to torment her with extra love (i.e. holding onto her foot while she's trying to crawl away, giving her hugs while he lays on top of her - you know, brotherly love). She is a total flirt - smiles while she tilts her head and looks at people over her shoulder (I don't know where she learned that, it wasn't me). She babbles and laughs a ton. Brynn is simply adorable and happy, but I must say, the girl knows what she wants and certainly came with an opinion. ( ;

There are so many funny things that Ethan has been saying as of late - here are a couple:

- "We have to take Dylan on a walk or else he's not a real dog."

- "I know I'm not supposed to do that, I wanted to do it so you would have to clean it up." (Okay, so this is not QUITE as funny, but what do you say to stuff like that besides "time out")

- "I need to find something that I love to my heart."
