UMMMM MOM

*** ALL PHOTOS TO COME. OUR COMPUTER CRASHED AND WE LOST HUNDREDS (IF NOT THOUSANDS) OF PICTURES. WE'VE DONE THE GEEK SQUAD THING - THEY'RE SENDING US TO A CLEAN ROOM - COULD COST A PRETTY PENNY...BUT IT'LL BE WORTH EVERY CENT IF WE CAN GET EVERYTHING BACK.

- Brynn definitely does not like the feeling of grass. She didn't move when I set her down on the lawn and tried to figure out what was happening.

- While Ethan and I were building a train track together in his room today, whenever I'd try to figure out the best pieces to link together, he would say "let me look at the instructions." Then he'd hold up this laminated piece of paper and say "Ohhh, I see. Look at the instructions Mom." It was absolutely adorable.

- Ethan accidentally dropped a piece of his German pancake on the floor this morning while he was talking to his cousin JD, and Dylan rushed over to eat it. Ethan looked at him and said "Perfect timing Dylan."

- Ethan came to me with a serious look on his face this morning and said "Mom, we need to go to Gramma Lydia's house and look for Gramma and Grampa sometime okay? And then we need to go to Aunt Sarah's house and look for Aunt Sarah. We need to do that sometime okay." How can I argue with that? I told him we'll go to Gramma Lydia and Grampa Warren's house to look for them in a couple years when they get home from their mission. Before that, we'd end up looking for a long time. I'll happily got to Geneva to look for Gramma and Grampa and to Hawaii to look for Sarah though...anytime.

- Tonight, Ethan was playing while wearing what he calls his David and Goliath breastplate, he kept twisting a couple pieces into different shapes and then would say "Look at my masterpiece. I'm making a masterpiece!"
