A PERFECT 10

HAPPY 10th BIRTHDAY RACHEL ANN!!

April 11: I vividly remember the day Rachel was born...I had waited by my the phone in my apartment for the call to come from Jared after getting the news that Becky had gone into labor. I was thrilled to get the call that I had a new niece & was excited to be an aunt for the first time. I can't believe that 10 years has already passed!

Rachel is one of the sweetest girls I know, and how better to celebrate her than to tell her just a few things I absolutely adore and love about her:

Radiant. Rachel is like a ray of sunshine, she emanates light wherever she goes.

Amazing. (I would've said intelligent but her name isn't spelled Richel - that's a different kid)Rachel is capable of doing anything she sets her mind to...she can even read while riding a bike. Now that's talent. ( :

Cheerful. She's got a positive attitude & a beautiful smile to go with it. Rachie loves to laugh.

Helpful. She plans & helps to throw great parties, plays with her brothers & cousins & is a fabulous cook (but to name a few).

Example. I look up to Rachel in every way...she is brave, strong and courageous. There aren't many kids like her.

Love. Rachel loves life. She loves the Lord, her family & friends & they love her. She loves to read. She has a great imagination & is a fabulous student (which is no surprise). She's loves to make other people happy. She is thoughtful & kind. She has a tender heart. Rachel is a leader. In my opinion, Rachel scores a perfect 10.

I could go on about Rachel for days (actually, I've already passed through midnight hour, so it's kind of like I already have...). Rachel is amazing in every way & I am so thankful to be her aunt. I love you Rach!!
