...that's what Ethan said. I managed to turn away with a serious face so that I could laugh under my hand, but when he started to explain what you have to do when you have one, and how you know that you have a headache in your bum, it was just more than I could take without smiling. He was hilarious - and so, so serious about it.

I'm still not quite sure what he meant exactly, but I hope he gets feeling better quickly.
