This morning, Ethan saw a picture of Jesus on the floor that he had rescued from the garbage a few weeks ago (it was on the front of a Sunday Sacrament meeting program). He made a comment about how he had colored on the picture of Jesus and then he turned to walk away. A minute later he turned around and said "Nephi built a boat." and then he got a big smile and sang "I will go I will do the things the Lord commands" and then repeated "will do the things the Lord commands" most likely because he couldn't remember the rest of the words. I guess telling him stories and singing him songs is sinking in a whole lot more than I ever thought...it's amazing how much information kids absorb at an early age. I need to catch this on video for sure. ( :
