Today, Scot and I went on a tour of Sky Ridge hospital so that we'd know where we need to go when the baby decides to come. The hospital is about 5 years old, but from the looks of the inside, you'd never know it was a hospital, well -aside from all the sickos and the people wearing scrubs. Their goal? Yup, you guessed it (or at least I'll credit you with a good guess), they wanted the hospital to have more of a spa like feel so that people would be more comfortable, which I suppose would make the medical equipment modern decor. ( : The delivery & recovery rooms were pretty posh (for a hospital)...and I can say I'm not dreading my stay. It will be a totally different experience than the hospital we delivered Ethan in - granted, they were renovating and adding new wings so it's much nicer NOW...but when I delivered Ethan, it could've rivaled some of the streets in Compton (okay, maybe that's a stretch - it was a little cleaner). I just hope my nurses and techs are skilled at providing complimentary massages & facials.

So, was it a true spa experience? Did they put cucumbers on your eyes and give you a pedicure while you were in labor? I am sooo glad that you posted again. I started wondering what happened to you. Glad you are okay, just been busy being a mom and visiting your parents.
