In hopes of trying to keep the kids busy with something fun and different today, I thought it might be fun for them to paint something they chose, like a bird house.
I knew they sold plain wood things at hobby stores, fabric stores & Wal Mart, and since I had some other little grocery supplies to pick up - we opted for Wal Mart. I packed the kids up and we went off on our "choose your own" adventure. Ethan picked a frame and Brynn, a bird house.
We brought them home (along with some mini powdered doughnuts that Ethan tossed in our basket somewhere along the way) and got the project underway. To say that the kids loved it would be an understatement. E
than was consumed with the thought of what superhero or Ben 10 guy he could put in the frame while Brynn was simply loving the idea of painting something that she picked...
and they both loved the mini powered doughnuts.
