LET IT SNOW

Meteorologists ARE lucky guessers. ( : We woke up to a winter wonderland - businesses, schools, streets and freeways in the area are closed & they're telling people to stay home if at all possible. It's great packing snow, so I let Ethan hold a snowball for the first time...he didn't love it. Dylan had to plow through the snow in the backyard in order to go to the bathroom. I've attached some pictures to give you an idea of how deep it was at 7am. It's nice to be able to have an excuse to just relax at home - we wish Scot was here to hang out with us (he went up to Denver last night in order to avoid traveling in the blizzard). Our power was out for an hour this morning, and right after it went out I started craving hot chocolate and a piece of toast, what are the chances. Everything is back up and running at our place now - I'm particularly relieved that we have heat...mainly for Ethan's sake. If this is any indication of the winter we have to come, we're in trouble.
